The installation is based on the mobility of the city the day of the “Notte Bianca” (Museum’s night) and create a new dimension to an exhibition as fast as effective, transforming buses usually in movement into “still places”.
The bus becomes a new possibile space that enables the creation of a unique installation. Among the aims of the exhibition is also to demonstrate the usefulness, for the cultural community, techniques usually applied to those subjects. In particular, we want to experience the potential of contamination of computer and advanced technology, often born in an industrial environment, with content-type art and culture.

The main intention is to revolutionize the traditional interpretations of art giving a new and dramatic impact at the event.

Imagine a technology that is able to convert virtually any physical object, flat or curved, such as tables, walls, and windows, into giant two or three dimensional touch pads. This dream can now be made a reality through the use of Tangible Acoustic Interfaces.

The interfaces use acoustic-sensing technologies to detect the position of contact made between a human and a solid surface. With their ability to transform physical objects into interactive interfaces, acoustic-sensing technologies offer a promising way to bring the sense of touch into the realm of human-computer interaction. The development of such sensors is being pursued by the Tai-Chi project. On display are examples of this technology.
